SPECTATORS:
Join us for a day at beautiful Wingra Park in Madison, Wisconsin filled with log rolling, boom running, music, food, and fundraising for a great cause.
In 2013, profits and donations from the championships will be donated to the Huntington's Disease Society of America Great Lakes Region (HDSA-GL). Right now 1 in 10,000 Americans are at risk for this neurologic and terminal disease, which there is currently no effective treatment or cure.
Money raised for HDSA-GL by the Midwest Log Rolling Championships will go directly to researching possible treatments and cures and family support and education in our area.  HDSA's national and international research will also benefit people with diseases related to Huntington's – diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and many dystrophies.

The event is FREE to the public, but of course donations and raffle ticket purchases are encouraged!

COMPETITORS:
This year the Midwest Log Rolling Championships is BIGGER and BETTER than ever.  The elite log rollers and boom runners will be competing for a cash purse of $5,000 on spike logs.  In 2013 the Midwest Log Rolling Championships is a Level 2 tournament meaning the results will count twice as much toward rankings as in previous years.

All athletes will receive a goody bag stocked with prizes, a Midwest Log Rolling Championships T-Shirt (pre-registered athletes only), and the chance at many great prizes (including a Log Donated by Lumberjack Enterprises) based on fundraising efforts!

What will I get for coming all the way down to Madison?
Top three in each division will receive a medal.  All pre-registered rollers receive a Midwest Log Rolling Championships T-Shirt. Amateurs and elites will also have a chance to improve their rankings or super series placement.  And don’t forget, if you are the highest donating competitor, you’ll go home with an ipod nano or #2 Log Rolling Log!  Elite Rollers will be competing for a total purse of $5,000 on lathe turned spike logs.

What will we eat?
Madison Log Rolling and Trader Joe’s will provide a BBQ with all of the meat, buns, and fixins'. Feel free to bring drinks and side dishes!

Do I have to be a USLRA member to compete?
