All classes are held at Wingra Canoe and Sailing Center, 824 Knickerbocker St. Consider including other waterfront activities from Wingra Canoe and Sailing Center for your office event or birthday party!

Log Rolling FAQ's

Session 1: June 13 – July 21
Session 2: July 25 – Aug. 30th

Log Rolling Classes

Includes:
1 hour of instruction from 2 qualified log rollers
Class size limited to 15 students
Cost: $80 per session

Group A: Monday/Wednesday 5pm
Group B: Monday/Wednesday 6pm
Group C: Tuesday/Thursday 10:30am
Group D: Tuesday/Thursday 6pm

Boom Running Classes

Includes:
1 hour of instruction from 1 qualified boom runner
Class size limited to 10 students
*Must be 18 years or older (or invited by instructor) to participate
*Must have access to log rolling spikes.

Cost: $50 per session

Early Group: Tuesday/Thursday 11:30am
Late Group: Tuesday/Thursday 5pm

Other Log Rolling Class Options

Beginner “6-pack” punch card ($60)
*beginners are also welcome in regular classes
Tuesdays 7pm
Fridays 5pm
Advanced e-mail sign up necessary

Private Lessons
Spend some 1 one 1 time with your favorite instructor!
Great for out-of-town visitors.
1- 2 students: $30/person/hour
3-4 people: $20/person/hour
5-6 people: $10/person/hour
More than 6: contact us about group rates

Lumberjack (or Jill!) Birthday Party

Includes:
Brief introduction to log rolling (including history)
1 hour of instruction from 2 qualified log rollers
Additional instructors will be added for larger groups
Mini tournament at end of instruction
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals
Gift for Birthday boy or girl
Log Rolling Class discount for all participants

Cost: $95 for 10 lumberjacks or Jills and $5 per additional participant

Office Party/Corporate Team Building Event

Includes:
Brief introduction to log rolling (including history)
1 hour of instruction from 2 qualified log rollers
Additional instructors added for larger group
Mini tournament at end of instruction
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals

For a $50 transportation charge, we can bring the party to you at your own pool!
